The shape of the concrete poem developed into a full herringbone. It reflects the straight lines of the cut peat bog, the right angles and the herringbone design of the peat stacks.
Reflecting on the last two weeks in the studio, working with slices on site and in the studio. I feel the slices that were left out doors dried in a way more similar to peat.
